Crowne Plaza Managua, an IHG Hotel

I liked the check in process .they were very kind , proffessional and ensured i was attended well. My room was ready early, and that was so helpful as i was tired from long red eye flight. The room.was spotless, the ac was so good .tv worked flawlessly with over 500 channels. Very good hotel. Breakfast was tasty.

The bed was high quality and the quiet was worth the extra money paid!

The staff is willing and very accommodating, however, they need more training ..........

This is a very nice hotel, the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Room service was very good and the meals at the restaurant were yummy, although a bit pricey. Right across from the hotel there is Plaza Inter, a shopping mall with a food court, a supermarket and various shops. It was convenient for us to just walk to this place and grab a quick bite or buy some necessities at the supermarket. The location was ideal, close to many main attractions, such as the Malecon, Salvador Allende Boardwalk and La Cathedral. The location was also safe, with security guards at the hotel, we rented a car and had no problem leaving our car in the parking space in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was good as well as the coffee. Large selection of fruits, eggs and potatoes.
